Trust is where it all begins as trust is everything in any relationship. Trust is never given; it must be earned through our actions on how we treat and care about others.
INTEGRITY
Integrity is doing exactly as we said we are going to do. Following through on our words truly exemplifies who we really are and is the cornerstone of our character.
RESPECT
Respect is earned and to earn respect, we must first give respect. However, the very first person we must respect is ourselves. How can we give respect to anyone without first having respect for ourselves?
GIVING
To receive is a great feeling, but when we give, it gives us much greater feeling than receiving. Because giving is about others and how that can make them feel and how we were able to make a difference in their life. We get back multiple times of what we give in the form of self-fulfillment, knowing we were able to have an impact in the life of others……. and that is priceless!
HONESTY
Honesty means to be true in all that we do. We must be able to look at ourselves in the mirror and be able to face and admit to the truth regardless of how difficult it might be. That is how we can move on and treat others with true honesty.
ACCOUNTABILITY
True accountability comes when we have no excuses or reasons in order to get things done. By being accountable we find ways to get things done no matter what, as we are accountable for our own actions!
POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Attitude is how we feel, and we have the choice on how we feel, regardless of the situation. We can never control an event or actions of others, as nothing in life is perfect. However, we are in full control of our reaction to the situation, by having that positive attitude!
